Predictable pricing for executive-level financial leadership
Scoped to your business, not a published rate card. No setup fees, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices for asking a question — and no long-term lock-in.
Every engagement is quoted individually. Your investment depends on revenue, transaction volume, entity structure and how much of the work we take over. Most clients invest less than the cost of a part-time hire.

Pick the tier by the decision in front of you
The right level of support is the one that matches your next twelve months — not your revenue line by itself. Here's the honest shortcut.

“I need cash to stop being a monthly mystery.”
You get the 13-week forecast and a real close — the two things that end the guessing.
“I think some of my work isn't profitable, but I can't prove it.”
Job-level costing shows you exactly which crews, clients or products are losing money.
“I'm going to the bank for a line of credit this year.”
Lender-ready reporting, a defensible forecast, and a CFO on the call builds real confidence.
“We're preparing for an acquisition, sale or investor round.”
Due diligence preparation, consolidation and M&A support are what that process actually requires.
“I just want someone to tell me what my numbers mean.”
Start here. Most clients move up a tier within two quarters once they see what's possible.
Not sure? Book the free call. We'll recommend a tier in the first conversation — and if the honest answer is that you don't need one yet, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a retainer.

Common questions about pricing
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Onboarding, the financial diagnostic and building your forecast model are all included in your first month's retainer.
What happens if I need more support one month?
Tell us. Additional project work — cleanup, audit support, M&A advisory — is scoped and quoted separately so your monthly retainer stays predictable.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Engagements run month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We don't ask for long commitments because we'd rather keep your business by being useful than by holding you to a contract.
Do you replace my bookkeeper or CPA?
No. Most clients keep both. We work alongside your existing team — making their work cleaner and your decisions better. If you'd like, we can also take over bookkeeping entirely.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes, in either direction, at any time. Most clients start at Growth and move up within two quarters as they see what the reporting surfaces. Some move down once their systems are running well.
How is this different from hiring a full-time CFO?
A full-time CFO costs $250k+ in salary and benefits, and a business your size rarely has forty hours of CFO work each week. Fractional gives you the same executive judgment for the hours you actually need it.
